DESCRIPTION:Berryville Hamfest\nSunday August 02\, 2026 \nInformation shown below was carried forward from prior year.  May be out of date.  Subject to change.\nGate opens at 6:00AM\nVendor Buildings Open by 8:00AM\nTechTalks 9AM-Noon @ Show Barn\n\nGeneral Admission $10.00 cash per person or $15 depending on where you read it.  Children under 16 free\nAdditional $12.00 per space for tailgaters—no reservations. First come\, first served\nCommercial and indoor tables by reservation (see vendor form registration link below)\nCountry ham and egg breakfast at 7 am  \nConcessions and snack bar available\nGrand Prizes and hourly drawings\nCounty park with pool\, picnic area\, and playground opposite hamfest\nCamping spaces available Saturday night – $15 per vehicle – limited hookups\nQSL card checking (for awards) at the ARRL table – Ruritan building\, 8 to 11 AM\nLarge tailgating area with ample shade under the big oak trees\nElectric power is available for testing purposes at various places within the tailgating area\n \n\n  \n \n  \nAlways the FIRST SUNDAY IN AUGUST. \nGate opens at 6:00 a.m.\nCountry Ham and Eggs Breakfast is available at 7:00 a.m.\, or 6:00 a.m. depending on where you read it.\nVendor Buildings open by 8:00 a.m.\nFamous Barbecue begins at 11:00 a.m. \n  \nVE Exams\n• Laurel Amateur Radio Club VE Team will be administering license exams (Clarke County High School)\, right down the road from the Fairgrounds). Walk-ins welcome.\nAll license classes \, or no license yet\, are welcome. \nClarke County High School\n627 Mosby Blvd\nBerryville\, VA 22611 \n  \n• Testing begins at 12 noon.
