DESCRIPTION:CARC Parks On The Air Announcement from Charlene Cash\, WG3Q: \n📅 WHEN\nSaturday April 4\, 2025\n1000–1500 local time\nI’ll be arriving a little early to get set up\, and we’re welcome to hang around as long as we’d like\, or until the sun decides to call it a day. \n📍 WHERE\nPine Grove Furnace State Park — Brickyard Pavilion\n60 Quarry Rd\, Gardners PA 17324\nGPS: 40.03057\, -77.30231\nGoogle Maps: Brickyard Pavilion \n🍔 FOOD\nThe club is handling the main event: burgers\, sausages\, and hot dogs (for the picky eaters and the little ones). Bread and condiments are covered too. Bringing a side dish is totally optional but always appreciated!  I’m planning to show up with fresh homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls\, assuming I can keep myself from eating them all on the way there.  No promises. 😄 \n📻 RADIO STUFF\nWe’re expecting at least three radios on the air with multiple modes\, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get on the air.  You are welcomed to bring your own gear if you’d like to operate with it\, or just show it off.  The more the merrier! \n👨‍👩‍👧 EVERYTHING ELSE\nFamily is absolutely welcome\, and I hope you can convince a few of them to come out.  There will be plenty of time for good food\, good conversation\, and generally a good time between QSOs.  Parking is right at the pavilion and restrooms are a short walk away. \nHope to see a great turnout! feel free to reach out with any questions! \n73\,\nCharlene Cash (WG3Q)
