A FREE, weekly, Amateur Radio Extra Class Licensing course will begin on Thursday, January 18, 2024, and will run through Thursday, March 28, 2024.
The course takes place on Zoom.

There will be 11 sessions — once per week, on Thursday evenings.
The three-hour sessions will start at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Those attending should hold (or be studying for) the General Class Amateur Radio License.

These are the classes that we have been holding for years sponsored by the National Electronics Museum.

Please publicize this with anyone that you think would be interested.

Those wishing to sign up should email roland.anders@comcast.net.

Thanks & 73,
Rol Anders, K3RA

Editor’s Note:  Imagine all the rare DX-peditions that operate down in the Extra Class segments of the bands.
If you want to add to your DXCC country count one way to do that is upgrade your license to Amateur Extra Class.

Imagine sunspot cycle 25.  Don’t let those rare DX-peditions slip through your fingers.  Upgrade your license and be where the DX action is.

Perhaps you have been dreaming of having a 1×2 call sign.  A great way to accomplish that is to upgrade your license to Amateur Extra Class.

If you can spare 3 hours per week to attend this training course you can live the dream.

Repeat after me:   I want to become an Amateur Extra Class licensee.  Sign me up, please.
